Website Terms of Use

Effective date: September 28, 2026 Last updated: September 28, 2026

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) describe the conditions under which Joshua Scott Dresslove, doing business as Dresslove Law (“Dresslove Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), makes www.dresslovelaw.com available.

Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Website Disclaimer. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website.

1. Informational website

The website provides general information about Dresslove Law and selected legal topics. Website content is not legal advice and is not a substitute for advice based on the facts and law applicable to a particular matter.

Using the website does not create an attorney-client relationship. The requirements for forming an attorney-client relationship are stated in the Website Disclaimer and, if the office accepts a matter, in the applicable engagement agreement.

2. No effect on legal representation

These Terms govern use of the public website only. They do not:

If these Terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement concerning legal representation, the engagement agreement controls for that representation.

3. Website inquiries

You may use the website form to ask the office to contact you. You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to impersonate another person.

Do not use the public form to send:

Submitting a form does not book an appointment, protect a deadline, create a duty to act, or mean that the office can represent you.

4. Permission to respond

When you submit an inquiry, you authorize Dresslove Law to use the contact information you provide to respond about that inquiry by the response method you select.

This permission does not authorize unrelated promotional messages.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not:

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, the office, visitors, clients, or service providers.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Dresslove Law or its licensors own the website’s design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other original content.

You may view, print, or save a reasonable copy for your personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted. You may not republish, sell, modify, distribute, or create derivative commercial materials from website content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or rely on third-party services. Third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. Dresslove Law does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s site, content, availability, security, or conduct.

A link is provided for convenience and does not necessarily mean that Dresslove Law endorses the third party or all of its content.

8. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the website useful and accurate, but legal information may become outdated and technical errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every page will be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in this section limits duties arising from an attorney-client relationship, professional-conduct rules, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Decisions based on website content

You are responsible for obtaining legal advice before making a decision about a specific matter. Dresslove Law is not responsible for action or inaction based solely on general website content, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

This section does not apply to legal advice given within an attorney-client relationship.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information received through the website. The Privacy Policy is a disclosure of practices, not a waiver of professional duties.

11. Accessibility

Dresslove Law seeks to provide equal access to its website and services. If you have difficulty using this website or need information in another format, call (702) 814-1000 or email jdresslove@dresslovelaw.com.

12. Changes to the website or these Terms

We may update the website or these Terms. A revised version applies prospectively from the effective date posted at the top. We will not use a website update to retroactively change a signed engagement agreement.

If a future website transaction requires binding assent to updated terms, we will provide conspicuous notice and request an affirmative action rather than relying only on a footer link.

13. Governing principles

These Terms are governed by Nevada law to the extent that Nevada law may validly apply, without overriding mandatory law or professional duties that govern a particular person, communication, or representation.

These Terms do not require arbitration and do not select an exclusive forum for disputes concerning legal representation. Any dispute term governing a representation must appear in the applicable engagement agreement and satisfy the law and professional rules governing that agreement.

14. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
