Dresslove Law is committed to providing people with disabilities full and equal access to our website, information, and services.
Our accessibility target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our current design, development, and testing target.
WCAG is a technical target that helps us identify and remove barriers. This statement does not claim that every page or third-party service fully conforms to WCAG at all times. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we will continue to test, correct, and improve the website.
Measures we take
Our accessibility work includes:
- using semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and controls;
- supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus;
- providing a skip link to main content;
- giving meaningful images appropriate text alternatives;
- supporting readable color contrast, text resizing, zoom, and responsive reflow;
- identifying form instructions, required fields, errors, and status messages in text;
- managing keyboard focus in menus, dialogs, and multi-step interactions;
- providing controls for automatically rotating reviews and respecting reduced-motion preferences;
- considering accessibility when content or functionality changes; and
- providing ways to report a barrier and request another method of access.
Preliminary review
On September 28, 2026, the current website release candidate received a preliminary accessibility review using W3C Easy Checks, automated checks, keyboard and browser interaction testing, zoom and narrow-screen reflow, and review of the contact form and review-carousel states.
This preliminary review was intended to identify and correct readily detectable barriers. It was not a comprehensive WCAG conformance evaluation and did not include usability testing with people with disabilities or human screen-reader testing by experienced assistive-technology users. Dresslove Law does not claim complete WCAG conformance based on this preliminary review.
Scope: The homepage, services page, contact form states, Privacy Policy, Website Disclaimer, Terms of Use, confirmation page, navigation, responsive layouts, and third-party Yelp review components.
Known limitations: Comprehensive human screen-reader and disabled-user testing remains outstanding. Yelp controls the internal presentation and accessibility of its embedded review frames. If a third-party component creates a barrier, contact us for an alternative way to obtain the material information or request assistance.
Third-party content
Some links or components may be provided by third parties that Dresslove Law does not control. We still want to know when a third-party component creates a barrier. We will try to provide the same material information or service through an accessible alternative and will raise the issue with the provider or replace the component when reasonably practicable.
Tell us about a barrier
If you have difficulty using the website, need information in another format, or need assistance completing a website task, contact us:
Email: jdresslove@dresslovelaw.com
Telephone: (702) 814-1000
Mail: Accessibility Request, Dresslove Law, 4326 W. Cheyenne Ave., Suite 109, North Las Vegas, NV 89032
Please tell us:
- the page or feature involved;
- what you were trying to do;
- the barrier you encountered;
- your preferred way to receive a response; and
- any assistive technology and browser information you are comfortable sharing.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. Do not include confidential case details or sensitive documents in an accessibility report.
Dresslove Law will review accessibility reports and prioritize barriers that prevent access to legal-service information or the contact process. The time required to correct a problem may depend on its complexity and whether a third party controls the component.
Alternative access
If a website barrier prevents you from obtaining information or requesting contact, call (702) 814-1000. We will work with you to provide the material information or service through an effective alternative that is timely and protects your privacy and independence.
Telephone assistance supplements our work to improve the website. It is not intended to replace an accessible website.
For an approaching legal deadline or other time-sensitive legal issue, do not rely only on an accessibility report or website form. Call the office and seek other qualified counsel promptly if you do not receive confirmation that Dresslove Law has accepted the matter.
Office accommodations
To request a communication aid, accessible format, or reasonable modification for an in-person consultation, contact the office before the appointment when possible. Dresslove Law will discuss the request with you and determine an effective accommodation consistent with applicable law.
Ongoing review
We intend to review this statement and our accessibility process after material website changes and periodically as the website evolves. The date at the top shows when this statement was last reviewed.
Lawyer responsible for website content: Joshua Scott Dresslove.
